House of Boutique Cakes have been working hard creating, inspiring and collaborating with some of the North East’s most talented suppliers, helping to bring beauty, love and music to an idyllic Durham woodland garden.
The 3 tiered cake all wrapped up in lace, combined our classic vanilla, sweet toffee fudge and a summery twist of lemon zest, topped with handmade sugar flowers tying in the boho theme.
The scene was set with beautiful bunting from our own Emma Bunting, collages by Kelebek Art, and props supplied by Kerry from Daisychain Events, a real find for planning and styling your event.
The backdrop, staged by the wonderful Poppy Lee of Papaver Designs using all things intricately paper, lanterns, stationary, pom poms.
Emily of Captured Hearts Photography caught the essence of the theme, with a gorgeous Kathryn S Trueman Bridal Gown being modelled by Gabrielle Kerry, make-up by Anna Mobile Beauty. Suit by Woven Menswear modelled by Dan Smyth.
Bringing the warm summers afternoon to an end, we had to taste all the delicious cupcakes, just to be sure!
We would love to thank all the wonderful people involved and invite you to check out their links, keep an eye out on our website for more photos and exciting projects coming soon!
See you soon my lovelies!
